How fast will I get my order?
All our items are shipped by 1st class Recorded Delivery or by Fastway Courier service so should in most cases be with you between 2-3 working days following the order. We do offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders received before Midday. See our delivery charges for details.

What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?
Obviously we are more than happy to refund or exchange any item that is faulty or doesn't fit. The returns policy is enclosed with all orders. Simply complete the form and return to us and we will do the rest. See our returns policy for more details.

Do you offer an International postal service?
Yes we do. International orders are based on weight so please contact us with your order and we will give you a postal cost. International delivery has a minimum delivery charge of £5.95 for airmail delivery up to 1kg, fully insured.Orders over 1kg in weight will be subject to additional charges so please contact us at time of order for clarification. We send by certified and insured airmail, this parcel will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the parcel is left at the Post Office for your collection, the Postman should leave a card through the door to inform you of this. If the parcel is not collected and returned to us we will not refund the shipping charge and we will charge to resend the parcel. In your account details you will see details of when the parcel left the UK. We expect most European parcels to take around 3-4 days, USA and Rest of World around 7-9 days. However please leave 14days before contacting us. We will notify you of your certified number at time of delivery so that you can track your order.
