Shipping:

Designer Kids take care of your products from start to finish and we want to ensure you receive them exactly as they left us, we pack all our items carefully to ensure that aeverything arrives in perfect condition.

All deliveries will need to be signed for and will be delivered by Fastway couriers or Royal Mail.

At present Designer Kids only sells goods online to be delivered within the UK however if you are interested in our products and live elsewhere please contact us and we will try and help.

Our delivery in the UK Costs £3 for orders up to £20 £4.50 for orders up to £60 £6 for orders up to £100 and anything over £100 is free.

If you need anything urgently we also offer a next day delivery service (excluding Saturday and Sunday) which costs £5 for orders up to £20 £6.50 for orders up to £60 and £8 for orders up o £100 - again orders over £100 are free for next day delivery.

For next day delivery service you must order before 12pm.

International Delivery

International delivery has a minimum delivery charge of £5.95 for airmail delivery up to 1kg, fully insured.Orders over 1kg in weight will be subject to additional charges so please contact us at time of order for clarification. 
We send by certified and insured airmail, this parcel will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the parcel is left at the Post Office for your collection, the Postman should leave a card through the door to inform you of this.
If the parcel is not collected and returned to us we will not refund the shipping charge and we will charge to resend the parcel.
In your account details you will see details of when the parcel left the UK.
We expect most European parcels to take around 3-4 days, USA and Rest of World around 7-9 days. However please leave 14days before contacting us.
We will notify you of your certified number at time of delivery so that you can track your order.
